Ingredients
  • Jackfruit Seeds - 250g
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - As you want
  • Cooking Oil - As you want
Instructions
  1. Take the jackfruit seeds and boil them in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Now, let the jackfruit seeds to go room temperature. Then, cut them into half and peel off the skin.
  3. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix them well.
  4. Heat the oil and fry jackfruit seeds until they start to turn golden. For me, it takes about 5 minutes under high flame.
  5. Finally, add some chili powder and mix well till all are combined.

Notes
1. Instead of red chili powder, you can add crushed black pepper.
2. You can adjust red chili powder as per your taste.
3. Some people fry jackfruit seeds without boiling them in the water. In this case, you may need to fry them a bit longer under medium/low flame.
